40-Week Pregnancy Journal

This pregnancy journal is awesome! It's so neat to be able to track my progress and see how my body changes week by week. I love the little notes section where I can jot down things that are happening that week too. It's also really fun to look back on after the baby is born and see what I was feeling and thinking during that time.
